As part of our professional undertaking we:
- advertise weekly in the local press
- conduct accompanied viewings during office hours Monday to Friday and Saturday morning or otherwise by appointment
- always take up references and carry out credit searches on potential tenants
- hold a Dilapidation Bond at the beginning of every tenancy, which is returned to the tenant only when we are satisfied the property is returned in good order and all bills have been paid
- carry out regular Maintenance Inspections
- can offer a thorough local knowledge of the area - every facility is advised
